at the request of the driver\u2019s license authority if the holder of a probationary driver\u2019s license has, following the refresher course, committed another Class A violation or two Class B violations while driving. \u201cThe purpose of traffic psychology counseling is to encourage the holder of a provisional driver\u2019s license to recognize deficiencies in their attitude toward road traffic and in their safe driving behavior, and to develop a willingness to address these deficiencies.\u201d (Section 2a(7) StVG) Traffic psychology counseling can help prevent further violations and This is a useful supplement or alternative for those who cannot come to the office or who find it easier to receive MPU counseling and preparation online. In addition, online sessions are particularly suitable for clients who live far away and wish to prepare for an MPU from anywhere in Germany.
